The first priority for NESC is the identification of children in need of services. Screening of preschool age children is available in each school district on an annual basis. Referrals are accepted at any time by contacting your local school district.
Areas of concern which should result in a referral include the following: |
| Delayed development in the areas of cognitive concepts, fine and/or gross motor skills, language, self-care, speech and socialization |
| Hearing |
| Health / physical development |
